RMA Procedure

1. Call or email support and request a RMA number.

2. Send goods back to PCI Embedded prepaid.

Make sure you include the complete fault information with your shipment.

A detailed description of the failure will speed up your turn around time.

The RMA number should be visible on the outside of the package and on the delivery form.



All PCI Embedded products are electrostatic sensitive devices and must be packaged accordingly when being returned.
If a shipment is received that is not packaged using ESD packing materials it will be returned to sender without being
processed.

General
Our standard turn around time for repairs is 15 working days (from incoming date to outgoing date).

C.O.D. shipments sent to PCI Embedded will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Only C.O.D. shipments that
have been previously authorized by PCI Embedded will be accepted.
If the reported failure, as well as any other failure, is not detected during testing then a test and minimum handling fee of
$100.00 plus shipping costs will be charged. This is applicable even if the product is still under warranty.

Call for applicable repair fees under the following conditions:

If the damage to the product has been caused by the customer while the product is still under warranty.
Repairs that are conducted on products that are no longer covered under warranty.
